Demo License: Demonstration of Different Information Types
- How to activate demo license for MSIT Connect
You can access sample documents from each information category free of charge. The following steps will bring you to see the sample documents of the MSIT Phase Diagram Center.
- Download and install the user interface software MSIT Connect.
- To activate the demo license: on the first start up MSIT Connect will request you to enter a license key. Click "Cancel" button.
- Now MSIT Connect offers to activate a demo license instead. Click "Ok"
- In the upper menu of the MSIT Connect, click on "Search Libraries" button to open the periodic table.
- WITHOUT prior selection of elements, click on "View" buttons for each information category, such as Ternary Evaluations, Links to Literature, etc. All sample documents available in that category will be offered to you for reading.

Charge Free Reference Diagrams
The entire category of "Reference Diagrams"!
As of October 2007, all the 889 Reference Diagrams are accessible at a fee of 0.00 $ or €.. To obtain them do the following
- in the periodic table check mark the selection mode "Select all systems";
- under "Select data category" (right-hand of the periodic table) check mark only the "Reference Diagrams";
- then formally complete the payment route (No credit card needed) .
If the total purchase is rated at zero charge, the payment step is waved and no credit card details are needed! However, you need to submit the registration form and complete the ‘purchase’ procedure to obtain the licence key. Like in a regular purchase the license key is delivered at the end of purchase process.
To activate your license,

download and install the user interface software MSIT Connect.

Then copy & paste your license key into MSIT Connect
Paste the key into the ‘Activate License’ window, in the top menu of MSIT Connect. When you start the MSIT Connect for the first time the activate license box will pop-up automatically.

Current Work Alert presents information about current research activities in the laboratories performing phase diagram research in different countries. Entries are made mainly by APDIC contributors and MSIT members.
